How long it takes to produce goods?

If not said different, small orders up to 5 pcs takes usualy 14 days. This can vary with kind of products and quantity.

Can I return the goods?

No, because the products are custom made, we can not accept returns.

What file format should I send the logo?

We need the vector file. It can be .eps, .pdf, .ai. You can recognize vector file for example in adobe reader, when you zoom in and all graphics remain sharp.
