Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of marketing communications 

1.   You hereby give your consent to Hayashi.cz s.r.o., with the registered office in Seydlerova 2149/7, Stodůlky, 158 00 Prague 5, Company ID No. 03472591, incorporated in the Register of Companies kept by the Metropolitan Court in Prague under file reg. No. C 232147, so that it may process your e-mail address within the meaning of legal regulations for the purpose of sending marketing communications, including business communications. 

2.   You hereby give your explicit consent with the above processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example, by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is part of every message we send, further for example by sending an email or letter to the company's registered office. This data will be processed by the company until you withdraw your consent (see the above mentioned withdrawal options), but for a maximum of 3 years. The processing of personal data is carried out by our company, but your email address may be processed for us by a marketing message service (currently MailerLite). 

3.   Further, you have the right to ask us for an explanation regarding personal data processing, ask us to give you access to this data and have this data updated or corrected, ask us to delete the data, and when in doubts about compliance with personal data processing, you may contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
